Orders need to be place before 3 pm for next working day delivery.
Online orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on next working business day.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately, deliveries are not possible on Saturdays & Sundays or public holidays; we can however deliver on the next available working day. We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day, as demands are high we recommend you place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment and to ensure we can meet your delivery date.
We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address provided or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls.
Please ensure that the recipient is at home or work the day the delivery will be sent. If there is no one there to receive the bouquet, Delicious Buds will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an arrangement that has been left unattended. We recommend you provide us with alternative delivery information such as leave with the neighbour, to prevent any incidents from occurring.
To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us.
In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and arrange another delivery. Any non deliveries must be advised by the next day.
