How long will an arrangement last?
Depending on the arrangement of chocolates, most will last approx 3 months. The exact date will be on the recipient's card.

What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. For those who wish to pay by cheque or money order, contact us for further details.

Does the price include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of the 10% GST.

What is the deadline for placing an order?
Orders need to placed before 12 noon for next working day delivery. Should you require same day service please contact us, as not all arrangements or areas are available. Rates for same day service may also be higher than our standard charge. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered the following day.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, but our rates for Saturdays are higher than our standard charges.

Are you open on Sundays and Public Holidays?
No we are closed, but we can delivery your order the day before or after on a regular business day. How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive an automatic email as soon as your order has been placed online to confirm that your order and payment has been received. A second email will then be sent to you, confirming your order details once a member of our team has started to process your order. We will also notify you if we need to make any changes to you order.

Can you put anything else with a chocolate bouquet?
Soft toys, Wine or champagne can accompany most of our arrangements.

Do you have bouquet to suit special diet requirements?
Yes, we can make an arrangement for many of those with special diet requirements such as vegans, organic, gluten free, lactose free and sugar free.

Can you custom make a bouquet?
Yes, most definitely! We can make a bouquet in any colour or container, anything you like, simply contact us and tell us what you are after.

What is the best way to eat my chocolates?
Some chocolates can be removed without even disturbing the arrangement, simply open the wrapper remove the chocolate and eat. If this is not possible we recommend removing the entire stick from the bouquet by gently and slowly pulling it out, then open the wrapper and eat the chocolate. Please place all sticks into the bin immediately afterwards to avoid any danger with small children.

Can I send a Chocolate Bouquet to someone in the hospital?
Yes, hospitals love our Bouquets. They will certainly brighten up someone's day.

Where can they be delivered to?
We can deliver to a large area of Sydney. Other parts of NSW and Australia are available. We recommend sending arrangements that are not arranged in fragile containers to avoid breakage's in the post. Not all arrangements are suitable to send. Please contact us for further details.

What if nobody is there to receive the bouquet?
Please ensure that the recipient or someone is at home or work the day the delivery will be sent. If there is no one there to receive the arrangement our courier will return the arrangement back to Delicious Buds, from where it can be collected. You will be charged a second delivery fee if you require the arrangement to be resent.

Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to change some information on your order please contact us ASAP. Changes that can be made will depend on what stage your order is at.

What if I need to cancel my Order?
If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us ASAP. We are unable to cancel an order that has already left our premises. Canceling an order and giving us less than 24 hours notice incur a fee of 50% of the total order. Otherwise if you have given us a sufficient about of time we can refund your money less $15 administrative fee. Custom made order can not be canceled but they can be postponed.
