I cannot speak highly enough of both the basket I ordered and the service I received from Delicious Buds. the Basket was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described on the website. The service I received was second to none. Due to a mixup at the Couriers the basket was not delivered on the specified day. I rang Nicole the following morning and she was absolutely distraught. She immediately packed a new basket and personally drove from Sydney to Newcastle to deliver it. you will never find better service than that anywhere. thank you so much Nicole. Hello Paul and Denise, Yes I was devastated when my courier company let me down 🙁 and didn’t deliver your Beer and Cheer Chocolate Bouquet package to your son in law for his birthday. I hate to see my customers dissapointed so the only right thing to do was to remake and deliver myself even if it was a 2.5 hour drive each way.
