Why am I experiencing an error ‘There are no shipping options available’?

This error message would indicate that your chosen suburb/postcode falls outside our delivery area, or we do not provide delivery to that postcode on your chosen date. You can view our full list of delivery suburbs that fall within our delivery areas. Should the problem still exist, Contact Us  and our friendly team will assist where we can.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once your online order and payment have been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Does the price include GST?

All prices are GST included.

All prices listed on the Delicious Buds, Chocolate & Candy Bouquets website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

How long will an arrangement last?

Depending on the arrangement you have chosen, most will last approximately three months, Unless the KIDS get to it first !!!

What is the deadline for placing an order?

Orders need to be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery. Online orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Are you open on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays?

No, we are closed. Phone orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Friday only for delivery the next working day. Our website is open 24/7.

Can I add anything else to my selected bouquet?

Yes, balloons, gift cards, soft toys, beer, wine or champagne can be included in most arrangements.

Can you custom make a bouquet?

Yes, most definitely! We can create a bouquet in any theme, colour or container you like. Simply contact us and tell us what you have in mind.

What is the best way to eat the chocolates?

Some chocolates can be removed without even disturbing the arrangement. Simply open the wrapper, remove the chocolate and enjoy. If this is not possible, we recommend gently and slowly removing the entire stick from the bouquet, unwrapping and then eating the chocolate. Please dispose of all sticks immediately after removal to avoid possible danger to small children.

Do you have Gluten Free chocolates and Candy?

Absolutely!  We even have them all organised in a special section right here. You will be surprised at how much of our candy and chocolate is gluten free.  When evaluating if a product is Gluten Free we abide by the guidelines from the Coeliac Society of Australia.

Please note that some foods labeled Gluten Free may contain very low trace amount of gluten (20ppm or less).

We make every effort to provide you the most correct and timely information regarding the Gluten in products, however this information is provided on a best effort and we cannot make guarantees on any products even if they state gluten free on the packaging as manufacturers can substitute ingredients or could label the product incorrectly.  If you suffer severe reactions to Gluten, we strongly advise you to do your own research on the products of interest to you and also drop us an email to contact@deliciousbuds.com.au, we are always here to help.

Can I send a chocolate bouquet to someone in hospital?

Yes, hospitals love our chocolate bouquets. They will certainly brighten someone’s day.

What if nobody is there to receive the bouquet?

You must ensure that the recipient, or someone else, is at home or work on the day of delivery. If no one is available to receive the arrangement, our courier will determine if it is safe to leave (depending on weather) or return the arrangement to Delicious Buds, from where it can be collected. You will be charged a second delivery fee if you require the arrangement to be resent.

Under NO circumstance will we leave any of our products that contain alcohol unattended at a premise or with a recipient under the age of 18

Can I make a changes to my order?

Yes, if you need to change your order, contact us ASAP. Changes that can be accepted will depend on how far your order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order and get a Refund?

We are unable to cancel / refund an order that has already left our premises.

Cancelling / refunding an order with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order, the balance will be refunded into the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

If you cancel your order with more than 24 hours’ notice and we have not started making your arranement, we will refund your payment in full, to the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

Custom made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded but delivery can be postponed.

Delicious Buds will not supply refund or replacement for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. While we attempt to meet and exceed your delivery expectations, on the rare occasion delays may occur as we are at the mercy of the external courier company.

Damage in Transit.

Delicious Buds carefully package our arrangements to ensure safe transit. Unfortunately, once our gifts leave our premises we have little control of them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable, but in the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP (within 24 hours) so we can investigate with the couriers and arrange for replacement of equal cost to be re delivered to you at no extra cost. We do not refund. We will also require a photograph of the damaged arrangement before a new arrangement will be delivered. We will also need the damaged arrangement to be given back to courier on the arrival of the replacement.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and arrange another delivery. We do not refund.  Any arrangement/s that are not delivered must be advised by the day following scheduled delivery at the latest.

Do you have a shopfront I can visit?

We do not currently have a permanent shopfront.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes you can pick up your order from Glenhaven NSW. Please contact us to arrange time.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa or cash on pick up. For those who wish to pay via Direct Deposit please email a copy of the completed transaction to the address listed on your order confirmation.
