Refund Policy

If you need to cancel / refund your order, contact us ASAP on 96347509 or contact@deliciousbuds.com.au.

We are unable to cancel / refund an order that has already left our premises.

Cancelling / refunding an order with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order, the balance will be refunded into the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

If you cancel your order with more than 24 hours’ notice and we have not started making your arranement, we will refund your payment in full, to the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

Custom made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded but delivery can be postponed.

Delicious Buds will not supply refund or replacement for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. While we attempt to meet and exceed your delivery expectations, on the rare occasion delays may occur as we are at the mercy of the external courier company.

Damage in Transit.

Delicious Buds carefully package our arrangements to ensure safe transit. Unfortunately, once our gifts leave our premises we have little control of them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable, but in the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP (within 24 hours) so we can investigate with the couriers and arrange for replacement of equal cost to be re delivered to you at no extra cost. We do not refund. A photograph of the damaged arrangement before a new arrangement will be delivered is required. The damaged arrangement to be given back to courier on the arrival of the replacement.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and arrange another delivery. Any arrangement/s that are not delivered must be advised by the day following scheduled delivery at the latest.
