Our delivery conditions are quite specific to assure quality control.

Delicious Buds are unable to deliver on weekends (unless specific for special occasions) or National Public Holidays. We offer the following delivery options.

NEXT DAY OR BEYOND DELIVERY SERVICE takes place BETWEEN 9.00 am  – 5.30 pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY  TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES and up to 7pm to residential.  Next day delivery service allows a delivery date to be requested (next day or beyond), however we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery. Orders must be received by 2pm the day prior to requested delivery date.

Delicious Buds dispatch your gift as close as possible to your preferred delivery date. In some cases your gift may arrive earlier than expected and on the rare occasion delays may occur. These delays can be caused by factors outside our control as we use independent courier companies and we appreciate your understanding if this occurs.

Delicious Buds will not supply refund or replacement for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. While we attempt to meet and exceed your delivery expectations, on the rare occasion delays may occur as we are at the mercy of the external courier company.

Incorrect address details supplied or receiver not home.

Delicious Buds cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If we deliver to the address supplied on the order and it is incorrect Delicious Buds will not refund.  If you wish to send the product again to the correct address, it will be at the full expense to the customer.

Alternately if our courier could not gain access to the address provided or the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier arrives, a redelivery fee will apply. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

Please ensure that the recipient is at home or work on the delivery day. If there is no one there to receive the bouquet, Delicious Buds, Chocolate and Candy Bouquets will not be responsible for any damage or loss to an arrangement that has been left unattended as requested. We recommend you provide us with alternative delivery instructions, e.g. leave with a neighbour, to prevent any possible loss or damage.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual.  We collect personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, e-mail address, billing address and contact phone numbers.

The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.


We will make every effect to ensure that your arrangement is as similar as possible to the images shown on our website. But occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is received on time. Should a particular product be unavailable or out of stock we will contact you to confirm a substitute item with another of equal or greater value.

Changes to your order

Changes to an order that has already been placed will depend on what stage your order is at. Please contact us on 02 9634 7509 or 0418 144 651 ASAP to discuss your changes and we will be able to advise you if it is at all possible, we will in any case try our best.

Custom Made Orders

CANNOT BE CANCELLED, but they can be postponed.
Should you need to cancel an order and have given us sufficient prior notice we are able to refund your money less a $15 administration fee. Cancelling an order and giving us less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.


Each and every arrangement is handcrafted and cannot be exactly as the photo shows. We, however, make every effort to deliver consistent product. The amount of chocolates used and value of the arrangement will remain the same. If we need to alter the container for any reason we will replace it with another item of similar appearance with equal or greater value of money.

Colour Reproduction

We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur.

Purchase of Alcohol

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive liquor. Alcohol cannot be delivered to or received by any person under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be delivered to a gift recipient and not directly to the purchaser under this legislation. All recipients receiving bouquets with alcohol included will be required to provide proof of age upon delivery.

Allergy Information.

Some of our Bouquets may contain traces of Nuts.

Dietary Requirements.

We can make beautiful arrangements of gluten-free, sugar – free or nut-free chocolates. We are happy to fulfill these requests, just call us and we discuss any changes.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel / refund your order contact us ASAP on 96347509 or contact@deliciousbuds.com.au.

We are unable to cancel / refund an order that has already left our premises.

Cancelling / refunding an order with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order, the balance will be refunded into the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

If you cancel your order with more than 24 hours’ notice and we have not started making your arranement, we will refund your payment in full, to the original credit card within 5 – 7 days or at the discretion of the customers financial bank/institution.

Custom made orders cannot be cancelled or refunded but delivery can be postponed.

Damage in Transit.

Delicious Buds carefully package our arrangements to ensure safe transit. Unfortunately, once our gifts leave our premises we have little control of them. Our couriers are trusting and reliable, but in the rare event that a gift gets damaged whilst in transit, please contact us ASAP (within 24 hours) so we can investigate with the couriers and arrange for replacement of equal cost to be re delivered to you at no extra cost. We do not refund. We will also require a photograph of the damaged arrangement before a new arrangement will be delivered. We will also need the damaged arrangement to be given back to courier on the arrival of the replacement.

In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and arrange another delivery. We do not refund.  Any arrangement/s that are not delivered must be advised by the day following scheduled delivery at the latest.
