Despite the busy time of year (Easter), they were still able to deliver my gift earlier than I expected (they checked beforehand whether I would like it delivered on the original date or an earlier one). The arrangement was lovely but my highest praise was for their customer service. They saw the message that I had included and checked with me that the names were correct because the recipient had the same name as the sender. It felt really personal that they went above and beyond to do this.
