My daughter loved this get well gift, really cheered her up. I wasn’t sure whether Delicious Buds delivered to rural properties as parcels sent to these properties are usually delivered straight to the local post office for the recipient to pick up. I rang to check and the lady I spoke to was so helpful. I gave her my daughter’s address and explained that it was a rural property, that you can see the house from the road but it is a long way back and too far for the driver to walk to the house. The lady rang their courier and relayed what I had said. The courier said as long as he could get through the gates and there was no big dog on the property he would drive up to the house to deliver it. I was given the day it would arrive and a tracking number. I told my daughter to expect a parcel and she said “mum, we don’t get parcels delivered to our homes out here, we will receive a card telling us there is a parcel at the post office to be collected”. So I wondered whether the courier was telling the truth 🙁 Well he was, my daughter rang me to thank me and said “we’ve been living here for 6 years and this is the first parcel that has ever been delivered to the door”. She posted a photo of the chocolates on her facebook page and had lots of comments from people saying how great they look. Thank you for your help, as an “old person over 70” I have been “grounded” during this covid 19 pandemic so it was wonderful to be able to shop online and get a gift delivered to my daughter. Mmmmm, Chocolate! How can I do a bad review on Chocolate? Website was easy to navigate through & pricing I feel is pretty good compared to other site ls I visited. I found what I was looking for with options to choose box/paper colour, if a message is to be added and other additions like teady bears & balloons for which I chose a birthday balloon and wrote a message. Was able to checkout with PayPal which is convenient – no getting up looking for my credit card. Chose the date for delivery and boom, all done. I did all this on a late Sunday night so I was thrilled to see the package was delivered first thing 8am Tuesday morning! Exactly what I wanted Thank you

I spoke with Nicole to place my order and she was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my partner loved it! I will order from her again.
I will say they the ONLY disappointing part is that the delivery driver obviously couldn’t read the note saying Deliver before midday (even though it was printed large enough).When I mentioned to the driver that it was supposed to be delivered before midday he didn’t care at all. He just shrugged it off and I was very disappointed.
I had to tell my partner that he had a surprise coming and I had to stay home and wait… instead of going for our planned anniversary lunch.
